Hi! I'm Rocky. I'm mainly known for creating illustration of my Original Characters, but I also like to try out animation and I'm currently writing a comic. Thanks for being interested in my stuff!! :)

By buying a commission you can ask me to draw anything you want! Of course, everything comes with a set price and you have to make sure you follow some rules, so...Before ordering a commission, please make sure you read:

Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service (TOS) apply to non-commercial commissions:✦ I have the right to reject a commission for any reason. You can check my DOs and DON'Ts if you'd like a general guide of what I'm comfortable working with, but I might also reject a commission for any issue with the commisioner.✦ You may only contact me via my official contact methods. The best way to make sure you're contacting me and not any impersonator would be by sending me a DM to my main social media, Instagram (r0cky_way, NOT any variant of this name), or emailing me at [email protected]. Please don't get scammed. That'd be sad.
COPYRIGHT | OWNERSHIP & USAGE POLICY
I, Rocky, claim the rights to the finished artwork. The buyer cannot claim ownership over the actual artwork.You are commiting copyright infringement if you:
✦ Use the copyrighted artwork for your own financial gain.
✦ Claim it as your own. This includes making modifications (tracing, editing, feeding it to a generative AI's database) and claiming those creations as your original work.
✦ Removing the signature or watermark (recogniceable by being similar to or including my handle, r0cky_way).MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT FEED THIS OR ANY OF MY ARTWORKS TO GENERATIVE AI'S OR DATASETS. I DO NOT GIVE YOU, OR ANYONE, PERMISSION TO DO THIS WHETHER YOU PAY ME OR NOT.You may claim the concept or the characters depicted IF they do not belong to a third party, as long as you don't claim the artwork itself.I have the right to use the commission. These usages include:
✦ Using it to promote myself.
✦ Publishing in any social media, even ones you may not have access to.
✦ Showcase it as a commission example and in my portfolio.
✦ Any personal use. I won't make any other direct profit from it, but it can be included in merchandise such as artbooks.
PRICE & PAYMENT
✦ Prices are subject to change, unless you've already proceeded with the payment.
✦ I only accept via Paypal, Stripe or Ko-fi.
✦ I only receive payment in USD dollars and MXN pesos.
✦ You must pay beforehand. I won't start working on your commission until I receive the full payment.
✦ You are entitled to ask for a refund for any reason, but there won't be any full refunds after I go past the sketch phase. A partial refund may be negotiable before reaching the rendering phase.
ADDITIONAL FEES
✦ The base price will get you a backgroundless drawing of a singular character. If you want to add more elements (such as a background or more characters), you'll have to pay the specified fee.
✦ If you want me to make any changes once I've started (such as fixing mistakes, adding an element or changing anything), you're entitled to ask for up to 2 major changes after the sketch phase. If you want any more changes, you'll have to pay a fee depending on how much extra time I spend implementing your changes. 1 USD is the minimum fee.
✦ The last addditional fee is the complexity fee. This one applies in the case of characters with a complex design (such as Hoyoverse characters) or artworks with a lot of time consuming details.
PROCESS AFTER PAYMENT
✦ The waiting time before receiving your finished artwork might be of 1-4 weeks, depending of the complexity of it and how busy I am.
✦ Once you've payed, I'll notify you of when I've started working.
✦ I'll send you progress at least twice! I'll send the sketch for your approval and then the drawing with the flat colors before finishing the drawing.
✦ You will receive the full resolution file (2000 x 2000 aproximately at 300 DPI) of the finished artwork via any means you wish to receive it by (email, uploading to imgur, etc).
✦ You can ask for the artwork to be of any size and DPI.
✦ You will NOT receive: the file used to create the drawing (the .MDP or .PSD file) or the unfinished artwork in high resolution. To protect my copyright, you may not ask for these.
TLDR...
First of all: rude. You should've read it. That is, unless you're already an experienced commissioner and a decent human being. In that case, you're good! Anyways, generally speaking, you should be fine if you:▪︎ Don't claim the artwork as your own.
▪︎ Don't modify the artwork.
▪︎ Don't make any profit from my drawing.
▪︎ Recognize I'll use the artwork in any way as I'm the legal owner of it. Of course, unless you're uncomfortable with that, but you have to let me know.
▪︎ Aren't pro generative AI.
▪︎ I'll even repeat it. ABSOLUTELY NO AI!!!
▪︎ Pay the adequate price.
▪︎ Are aware of the additional fees that may apply AFTER payment (asking for changes to the drawing).
